Refund policy

Returns are accepted only if the seal is unbroken.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you must request a return within 7 days of receiving your item. The product must be unused and the seal must remain intact for the return to be eligible.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
